Analyzers have a 12-month warranty. Consumables, Reagents & Spare Parts are covered if defective or damaged, and a customer must notify us within four business days of delivery. For full details, refer to Terms of sale
Returns Policy
We do not offer change-of-mind refunds or returns. Therefore, please check your order carefully, as customers cannot cancel orders once they have completed the purchase.
If there are any order discrepancies or products arrive damaged, you must notify us within four business days from receipt of such products by contacting us via Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
Shipping
