The Webshop intends to service authorized healthcare professionals such as pathologists, doctors, and medical technicians from hospitals, clinics, or laboratories based in inaccessible areas to purchase Siemens Healthineers In-vitro Diagnostics using an online account and payment method.

What is the purchase eligibility?

Anyone can view our product catalog and pricing. However, to purchase, you will need an approved account.

  • You are an authorized healthcare service provider, such as pathologists, doctors, and medical technicians from hospitals, clinics, or laboratories. 

What we need from you for approval?

If you already have purchased from us:

  • Just your Siemens Healthineers Customer Account Number.
  • You can find your Customer Account Number on any invoice you received from us in the past.
  • You can also contact us to find out your number.

If you have never purchased from us and do not have Siemens Healthineers Customer account established, we need:

  • Your PAN Card.
  • Tax Deduction Number if available.
  • GSTIN or GSTIDN if you are a government entity.

How long does it take to get an approved account?

We aim to offer you a hassle-free onboarding and purchase experience. Assuming you provide us with the correct information, we will review and provide you access within 1 to 2 business days.

How will Siemens Healthineers communicate with me?

We will communicate with you via your email address in the registration form submission.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

If you order is shipped using Bluedart, you will receive an order confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. For order shipped using other logistics partners although the order confirmation will not include tracking link, you can request tracking number via contacting us at contact.dxindia.func@siemens-healthineers.com.

Can I access my order history and invoices?

Yes, you can access your order history and invoices by logging into your account on the Siemens Healthineers - India Diagnostics Webshop. From My Orders available on main menu, you will have access to your order details, invoices, and other relevant information related to your purchases.

Shipping & Returns:

How much are the shipping charges?

Currently, we are offering FREE SHIPPING on all your orders for a limited time.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Up to Seven business days.

What is your returns policy?

  • We do not offer change-of-mind order cancellation, refunds or returns once the purchase is complete.
  • We offer returns for products that arrive damaged at your doorstep at the time of the delivery.
  • If there are any order discrepancies or products arrive damaged, please contact us within four business days with details.
  • Analyzers: 12 months
  • Reagent, Consumables and Controls: Covered if products arrive damaged at delivery.
  • Spare parts: Covered if products arrive damaged at delivery. 


What warranty does Siemens Healthineers provide?

Customers must contact us for damaged products within four business days of the delivery.

Bulk Purchases or Custom Orders:

What if I want to buy in bulk or have a custom order?

Please use Request a Quote to provide which products in how much quantity are you looking to purchase. A representative will contact you in 1-2 business days.

What if I have technical questions about the products or need product related support?
